What an absolute blast being the photographers at Emily and Paul’s wedding! We drove out from Raleigh to Chapel Hill and rolled into Rock Quarry Farm, which nestles itself in the tall Carolina oak trees. The weather, the location, the decorations, the barn and the setting was perfect.
Everyone was constantly smiling, joking and having a great time. Emily was definitely pumped up as she laughingly flexed her muscles to the bridal party. I (Christobal) knew it was going to be a fun wedding when a family member sent a text to the wrong person and the response was hilarious.
Buses delivered the guests right on time to grab their seats on wood benches and chairs. Paul and his crew hung out in the barn overlooking the site, waiting for the ceremony to begin. Beautiful flowers lined the aisle as Emily and her parents walked down to an awaiting Paul. Underneath the trees, the fun couple was married and later kissed. Happily, the two walked down the aisle as husband an wife for the first time. As we headed to create portraits, the guests enjoyed a sunset cocktail hour with great music to enjoy by The Big Fat Gap Band.
Inside the barn, the English Garden created perfection with colorful flowers, moss table runners, and fresh rosemary sprigs that were placed at each place setting. Simply amazing!
