The guys arrived in the limo first to Duke Gardens looking stylish in their J.Crew suits as they exited the limo. While en route, we shot a couple photos of the group before the ladies arrived. Jacke arrived a short time later looking absolutely stunning in her perfectly fit mermaid style wedding dress.
The ceremony site was beautiful with parasols and programs, which coupled as fans. It was standing room only and everyone had a great view of the bride as she walked down the aisle to her future husband, Nick. The crowd gathered around the couple during the ceremony as they said their vows. A good friend acted as their officiant keeping the congregation laughing and smiling. The quick ceremony ended with a breaking of the glass and a loud “mazel tov”, followed by a long kiss.
Portraits followed, while guests headed to Bay 7 for the reception. Afterward, we headed to cocktail hour, which was already in progress. Guests were enjoying the signature drinks and video games scattered along the second floor of the space.
The couple was introduced to a victorious cheer as they walked down the staircase to a beautifully decorated reception. Nick and Jacke then headed to the to center of the dance floor for their first dance under the steel beams and red bricks as the band played. They held each other, laughed and kissed under the spot light. Open dancing followed, along with great food from Dame’s Chicken & Waffles.
The night flew by and guests enjoyed the photo booth, casino gaming, dancing and the video arcade. Everyone had a great time and one of the highlights of the night was Nick’s father playing a well known Satriani song on the guitar, as the couple listened. What a night, what a wedding!
