Seven years ago, Kathleen and I started a little wedding photography group here in Raleigh. It started off as three or four wedding photographers meeting, collaborating, learning and making one another better. The idea was to create a very competitive, yet extremely supportive, environment. That small group grew to become The Wedding Photographic Society and now has over 400 national and international members. WOW!
With that being said, our second convention is near and this is your personal invitation to attend the event in August at the historic Carolina Inn. All photographers, both members and non-members, are welcome to attend. We have a killer three-day convention schedule lined-up with amazing keynote speakers in David Williams, Neil van Neikerk and Amber Holritz. I will be also speaking, as will several other recognized photographers in the wedding and portrait industry.
