All photographers love traveling to the mountains for many reasons. This time I (Christobal) was thrilled to make the trek from Raleigh to be Rebecca & Patrick’s wedding photographer.
The drive was crisp with beautiful blue skies and clouds spotting the sky. I arrived at Winding Creek Farm to find the bridesmaids creating custom bouquets, as Rebecca was getting ready in the big house. Meanwhile, Patrick and his crew were enjoying a beverage prior to the wedding.
The ceremony site was packed with everyone waiting to see Rebecca walk down the aisle. The ceremony was complete with custom vows, crying guests and a great kiss at the end. The couple darted out of the compressed aisle smiling as seeds were thrown towards them in celebration.
Portraits followed of the happy couple, their family members and the bridal party. Country cooking was a must for the reception along with lots of dancing and great times. What a night, what a day, what a wedding! Congrats Rebecca & Patrick…you guys are awesome!
